The Commissariat for refugees and migrations has now opened a telephone line and an email address for all refugees coming from Ukraine and those that have accommodated them in Serbia.

These contacts can provide information on how refugees from Ukraine can obtain assistance in Serbia from the Commissariat for refugees and migrations, regardless of whether they need an accommodation or some other type of assistance.
For those refugees that are in need of accommodation, the Commissariat for refugees and migrations will procure it for you, in designated centers exclusive for Ukrainian nationals.
In the Commissariat’s accommodation facilities, you will be provided with food, healthcare, clothes, shoes, articles of personal hygiene, occupational and educational activities, the inclusion of children in the regular educational system, internet access, psychological and mental distress support, as well as all necessary legal rights and services.
For the Ukrainian refugees that already have set accommodations with family or friends, the municipal trustee for refugees and migrations in the local municipality in which you are staying can provide all other necessary information about the types of assistance.
