Eid al-Adha celebrated in all the asylum and reception centers

22.08.2018. Throughout the recepetion and asylum centers in Serbia celebrations devoted to Eid al-Adha, one of the greatest Islamic holidays, traditionaly took place in the presence of local imams.

Morning prayers were held and migrants were also enabled to pray in nearby mosques, wherever possible. In some centers, Eid al-Adha was celebrated with lunch, in other with formal dinner, while traditional desserts such as baklava, urmasice and tulumba were served in all the centers.
