Migrants are collecting money for the treatment of sick children!

02.12.2020.

Migrants from reception centers in the north of the country have launched an action to collect financial aid for the sick girl Anika Manić, who urgently needs extremely expensive therapy. The migrants organized themselves at the Reception Centre in Sombor and paid the first collected amount of almost 60,000 dinars at the local post office. They say they want to show solidarity with the citizens Serbia, which in large numbers responded to the call to help with a donation for therapy that costs 2.1 million euros.

Assistance has also started to be collected in the reception centres in Kikinda, Obrenovac and PC Principovac near Šid.

Anika is not the only child who needs such expensive therapy. That is why migrants from PC Sombor called on migrants from other centres to get involved and announced the continuation of the action so that help would reach two more children, Minja and Oliver, who also urgently need therapy. There is already an announcement that the centres in the south of Serbia, of which there are the most, will join the action of collecting funds for sick children.
