The Commissariat for Refugees and Migration organized humanitarian aid for Turkey and Syria

Commissariat for Refugees and Migration in cooperation with the Government of Republic of Serbia organized humanitarian aid for Republic of Turkey and Syrian Arab Republic which were affected by devastating earthquakes resulting in many casualties, injured, and countless material damage.

The employees of the Commissariat prepared and organized within the means of Commissariat to deliver humanitarian aid to these countries and to reach the citizens living in the areas affected by the earthquake in the shortest possible time.

Per the directive of the Operational Team formed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia for the coordination of aid to these countries and which obtains information about the needs of Turkey and Syria in goods, determines the types, quantities and priority of its dispatch and means of transport, the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration arranged a truckload of essential items for the vulnerable which will be forwarded to these countries through the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
