Training for the representatives of the Serbian Military on the topic of Migration

07.10.2020. 20 members of the Serbian Military attended a course lasting 2 weeks and designed for the representatives of the civilian-military mission and where Mr. Slobodan Savovic, Coordinator of the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration for the South of Serbia held part of the exercises for those in attendance.

Within the framework of the training exercises held last week, Mr. Savovic helped to familiarise the attendees with the scope of the works being done by the SCRM in the migration field, its role and responsibilities.

Over the course of the past week, the group of attendees from the Serbian Military visited 2 reception centres in Vranje and Presevo where they were exposed to the practical aspects concerning the management of the centres, and where they were presented with the opportunity of talking with the migrants accommodated therein.
