Training was held in the Training Centre Plandiste

Comprehensive training was conducted for employees of the Centres managed by the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration, aimed at enhancing their skills and knowledge.

Employees learnt about all pertinent laws, procedures, responsibilities, competencies, code of conduct as well as the way of dealing with vulnerable categories of people. At the end of the two-day training which took place 23-24 February 2023 all 36 participants completed the exam.

Also, representatives of the Centre for Crisis Policy and Response who were lecturers at the training presented the training participants with the cultural differences between the Beneficiaries staying at the Asylum and Reception Centres given that they are persons coming from different countries.

This is the first in a series of trainings that the Commissariat will conduct for its employees with the aim of strengthening their capacities as well as expanding their knowledge in the field of migration management.
