Public Invitation for Purchase of Apartments in Belgrade Metropolitan Area to resolve housing requirements of refugees from the territory of the former Republic of SFRY

The Commissariat for Refugees and Migration of the Republic of Serbia published an amended Public Invitation for the purchase of apartments intended to address the housing needs of the most vulnerable refugees from the territory of the former Republic of SFRY in Belgrade Metropolitan Area from natural and legal persons at market related prices of up to 1,800 EUR excluding Vat per square metre.

Within the framework of the Regional Housing Project Subproject 9, Republic of Serbia provided more than five million euros in permanent donor funds intended for housing the most vulnerable refugees from the territory of the former Republic of SFRY.

The Public Invitation is open until 1 April 2023 and can be applied for by all natural and legal persons who own a residential property on the territory of the City of Belgrade interested in the State purchasing the said property.
