Public Invite for Purchase of Apartments in city of Belgrade allocated to Housing Needs of Refugees from the area of Former Republics of SFRY, open until 1 April 2023

The Commissariat for Refugees and Migration of the Republic of Serbia has published an amended public invite for the purchase of apartments intended to address the housing needs of the most vulnerable refugees from the area of the former Republics of SFRY in Belgrade from natural persons and companies, at market prices of up to 1,800 EUR per m², excluding Vat. The Invite is open until 1 April 2023.

All individuals and companies who own a residential unit in the territory of the city of Belgrade and are interested in having the same bought from them by the State can apply. Within the Framework of the Regional Housing Project Subproject 9, the Republic of Serbia provided more than five million EUR in Donor funds intended for housing provision to the most vulnerable refugees from the territory of the former Republics of SFRY.
